Songs and Prayers of the Kingdom
~ Seeking the King in song and prayer, praise and request, hallelujah and help.
Like the Israelites singing "Songs of Ascent" (Psalms 120-134) on their pilgrimmages to Jersualem for annual feasts, we are providing songs of Emmaus for your walk with Jesus and His friends. These are not performance pieces. They are formation companions — songs and prayers we wrote from inside our journey, not about it.
The Four Woods of the Kingdom — Yoke, Cross, Branch, and Throne — are places where Jesus meets us travelers in different dimensions of His person. Each song in this collection was written from within one of those places, as an invitation rather than a description.
The Taizé pieces are designed for repetition and silence — the kind of prayer that does not explain the road but walks it.
The anthem, the ballads, and the hymn carry the larger arc: where weary souls come home to rest, where we come back and start again, where we remain, and where we go home to where we belong.

Prayers of the Kingdom
These words of conversation with the Trinity came to life as a small cohorts of us walked the Emmaus path by the invitation of Jesus into The Four Woods of the Kingdom. We trust your hearts will burn as revelation compels you to speak to the world about the resurrected King to hear Him say, "Come, follow me. Rest. Surrender. Remain. Reign"
The Emmaus Path Prayers - six prayers
The Fours Woods Liturgy - Ten prayers
